Riverside California Sheriff, Chad Bianco, is refusing to back down to California Attorney General, Rob Bonta, over Governor Gavin Newsom’s Power-Grab Proposition 50.
As a proud South Carolina Republican who has watched Democrats cheat, lie, and steal elections in recent years—from the rigged 2020 circus to every suspicious “mail-in miracle” since—I’m not the least bit surprised by what just blew up in California. But even I am stunned by how brazen these Democrats have become.
This isn’t politics. This is outright election theft in broad daylight, and the Sheriff of Riverside County just put the entire corrupt Democrat machine on notice. Here’s the jaw-dropping truth the fake-news media won’t touch: Voters in Riverside County cast 611,428 ballots in the November 2025 special election on Gavin Newsom’s pet project, Proposition 50. Yet somehow—magically, mysteriously—657,322 votes were certified and shipped off to the Secretary of State.
That’s 45,896 phantom votes that appeared out of thin air. Forty-five thousand eight hundred ninety-six.
Let that number sink in.
That’s not a “clerical error.” That’s a rigged outcome designed to protect a Democrat power grab. Proposition 50—rammed through by Newsom and his Sacramento cronies—temporarily lets the Democrat-controlled legislature override California’s independent redistricting commission and redraw congressional maps however they please.
Translation? They’re trying to steal extra Democrat seats in Congress to cancel out Republican gains in Texas and elsewhere. Classic Democrat playbook: change the rules when you’re losing, stuff the ballot box when you’re desperate.
Enter Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco—a straight-talking lawman who actually believes in election integrity. He did what any honest official would do: ordered a simple physical count of the ballots to see where these tens of thousands of ghost votes came from.
No partisan recount. Just “show us the ballots.”
You’d think that would be uncontroversial. Instead, California Attorney General Rob Bonta—Newsom’s loyal attack dog—went into full intimidation mode. Multiple phone calls. Multiple threatening letters. All designed to bully the Sheriff into shutting the investigation down cold.
But, Sheriff Bianco didn’t flinch.
At a powerful press conference, he laid it out plain: “Instead of addressing the discrepancy, Bonta has tried multiple times to shut down our investigation.”
He’s right. This isn’t oversight. This is witness intimidation by the highest law enforcement office in the state—run by Democrats who are terrified the American people will finally see how they “win” elections.
Thankfully, a Riverside Superior Court judge just slapped Bonta down and ordered the investigation to proceed under an independent special master.
Real transparency for once.
Republican candidate Michael Gates, who’s challenging Bonta for Attorney General, nailed it: this is a blatant cover-up of corruption, and the voters deserve to know.
Folks, this is bigger than California. This is the same party that lectures us about “threats to democracy” while manufacturing votes faster than a Chinese factory. They cheat because they know if elections were truly fair and secure, they’d be out of power permanently.
South Carolinians know this fight is coming to our doorstep too. As of today, our own Election Commission is refusing to turn over our voter roles to the DOJ.
Sheriff Bianco is a hero for standing tall.
Every red-blooded American who still believes in free and fair elections should be watching this case like a hawk. The Democrats’ ballot-stuffing machine just got caught red-handed. Now it’s time to rip it apart, expose every fake vote, and send a message that will echo from Sacramento to Columbia: We will not let you steal our country.
The investigation continues. Pray it leads to indictments. Because if Democrats get away with this in California, they’ll try it everywhere else.
