Public reporting does not show any formal ethics charges, bar discipline, or criminal investigations naming David Stumbo personally; criticisms to date have focused on his policy positions, prosecutorial priorities, and political associations rather than on documented wrongdoing in office, and most of those complaints have come from Democrats – which is usually good news for Republicans.
